Go green, go paperless, go eco-friendly, save the planet, save time and have instant and secure access to all of your Highgrove Account Data. You’ve been hearing a lot lately about the many ways you can help save the environment. Highgrove’s doing its part by offering our members the convenience and security of electronic account statements, available online, 24/7, and from the comfort of your home, or wherever you have access to the internet. Here’s how it works:
1. Sign up for e-statements by going online, stopping by the Credit Union, or by calling our office.
2. Instead of receiving a monthly or quarterly paper statement by mail, you will be sent an email informing you that your Highgrove account statement is ready to view online.
3. Log onto our web site at www.highgrove.org and sign on to your account via our secure Home Banking system.
4. Then, view your statement online, and you can also print it (only if you need to – remember, we’re trying to save paper and the environment). You’ll have access to all previous statements and account data, all the time.
5. It’s Safe and Secure – This is the most secure way to view your Highgrove account activity – all the information a normal, mailed paper statement would provide – only you won’t be exposed to the possibility that someone may have access to your mail, your account information, and your personal information. And you’ll never lose or misplace a statement again, because everything will be on line and instantly available to you, and you only, anytime and anywhere!
