Q:  What is Home Financial Services?

A:  Home Financial Services is an Internet based Financial service offered to Highgrove members. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing members with the flexibility to take care of many of their financial transactions without requiring them to visit the credit union.

When you first access the Home Financial Services system, a Welcome page displays in the main section of the screen. A list of available options also displays on the page.

Confidential and secure.

Like all Highgrove services, Highgrove Home Financial Services is confidential and guaranteed secure. You're the only one that can look at your accounts or initiate transactions. So you can log on with confidence from anywhere your travels take you.

Timesaving options for members on the go.

Highgrove's Home Financial Services is a lifesaver for Highgrove members on the go. Use it to:

• Verify your checking of Share Savings account balance.
• Verify your last deposit or withdrawal.
• Make withdrawals from your Share Savings account ($10 minimum, please). We'll send the check to the address we have on file.
• Get information on recently cleared checks or check card withdrawals.
• Transfer funds between your checking and Share Savings accounts ($1 minimum, please).
• Check your loan balance, payments or pay-off amounts.
• Get year-to-date Share Savings dividends paid and loan interest paid including tax information.
