Nothing could be easier than using Highgrove's online E-Pay service. E-Pay allows you to pay anyone electronically through your Highgrove online account access.

Q:  Who can you pay with Highgrove's E-Pay?

A:  Almost anyone. Your mortgage provider, the utility companies, the artist who painted your dog's portrait - youcan even send emergency cash to your child at college. E-Pay can be used to pay almost any payee in the United States.

Q:  How are payments made?

A:  For payees that accept electronic transfers (such as banks and utilities), payment is made directly from your account. Payments that recur regularly in fixed amounts (mortgages or installment loans, for example) can be scheduled for automated payment on the date you supply when you set up payment.

Option 1

Click on the "Log in to HFS and E-Pay" link on the top of any Highgrove web page. Then click on the "Sign Up" link towards the top of the page. Fill out the HFS sign up form and click submit. You will receive an email within 24 hours with a temporary password. After receiving the password go back to the "Log in to HFS and E-Pay" link. Put in your Account ID and click "Password Page". Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the security portion of online banking. Once logged in to HFS click on the "Bill Pay" link towards the top of the page. Follow the easy online enrollment instructions and you are ready to pay bills online.

We also have printed forms available if you would rather fill one out at our office.

Once you have logged onto E-Pay, a "FAQ" button is available for your online questions. You can also call the E-Pay toll free number at 1-877-908-8772, 24 hours a day. Subscriber Services will answer all of your questions, allow you to pay your bills by phone and also give you a pay by phone demonstration.
