Using Highgrove On Call
- Call the Telephone Teller number at 651-698-5770
- Press option "1" once you have signed up for 24-Hour Teller
- Enter your account number followed by the # key
- Enter your four-digit PIN, followed by the # key
- Follow the system prompts
- To end your session, simply hang up or enter "9"

Signing Up for Highgrove On Call
- Sign up 24-Hour Teller by calling 651-698-5770
- Press option "2" then option "1" when prompted by the automated attendant.
- Enter your account number, then press the # key.
- The system will then ask for the last 4 digits of your social security number, followed by the # key.
- Sign up is complete.
Things to Remember
- Press the * key to return to the previous menu
- Press ** to repeat current menu options
- Press "0" to speak with an operator, during business hours
- Press "9" to end the call
- Enter the exact amount for each transaction, including dollars and cents ($100.00, press 100000#)
- You don’t have to wait for the voice prompt, you may key ahead at any time during the session
